Personal Style Consultation

 

We offer you a unique alternative to the traditional shopping experience. Through Custom Cut Clothiers, you no longer shop - you are styled. During the consultation, either over the phone or in person, your Personal Style Consultant will work with you to identify the looks you desire and provide design support to create them.

 

Measurement and Fit

 

Beyond personalized features and unique fabrics, the most important piece of a custom suit is the fit.

 

Order via In-Person Consultation

Trained on our unique measurement system, your Personal Style Consultant will take your measurements and photos during the consultation to ensure the most precise fit available.

 

Order via Phone Consultation

Should you choose to order over the phone, please have a local professional assist you in completing your Fit Profile, complete with photos and measurements. For your convenience, please download the Custom Cut Clothiers Fit Profile Guide to ensure your measurements and photos are taken accurately.

 

 

 

 

Order Change

 

We will do our best to accommodate order changes until our tailors have started work on individual garments. Once production has started, we will try to accommodate your request but it cannot be guaranteed.

 

For order change requests, please send details to service@customcutclothiers.com. We will check the status and feasibility of the order change and notify you as soon as possible.

 

Methods of Payment

 

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal.

 

Delivery

 

Each Custom Cut garment is made to order and delivered to you within 6-8 weeks. Rush delivery is available for orders to be delivered within 2 weeks for an additional fee.

 

Order via In-Person Consultation

As your trusted style advisor, your Personal Style Consultant will work with you to schedule a fitting with an Alterations Affiliate and hand-deliver your garments to you at no additional charge.

 

Order via Phone Consultation

If you place your order via phone consultation, your order will be delivered directly to you via FedEx. We offer free shipping for all orders over $150; orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate of $20 for shipping.

 

When your order is on its way we will contact you to arrange your fitting.

 

Alterations

 

All trouser hems will be delivered unfinished so that they may be precisely finished at the time of your fitting.

 

Order via In-Person Consultation

Your Personal Style Consultant will arrange your fitting with an Alterations Affiliate to ensure your garments fit as you desire. When the alterations have been made, your garments will be returned to you at no additional cost.

 

Order via Phone Consultation

Should you provide measurements from a local professional, Custom Cut will cover up to $60 in local alterations.
